This is the 2.8-inch diameter wheel installed on the motor to reduce the extruder’s rotational speed and increase torque. Replacing the original 7.75-inch wheel, this smaller pulley helped lower the extruder speed from over 2400 rpm to around 878 rpm closer to the optimal range (350–500 rpm) for proper extrusion.
