The extrusion setup is now equipped with a smaller 2.8-inch motor wheel in an effort to reduce speed and increase torque. This configuration aimed to bring the extruder’s speed closer to the recommended 350–500 rpm range for optimal cheetos production and was ready for testing under various moisture levels.
